[After the trial concludes... It's hard to parse just what's happened. There was so much conflict, so many things happening at once, that it's difficult to take it all in. One thing that sticks with her, though, is that there are several people she wants to speak to. Estelle, though they haven't spoken before, is one of them.
As such, when she sees her in the study, she raises a hand in greeting.]
[ Ordinarily, Estelle tucks herself away in the study so she can have some quality reading time - just her, all alone, with all these new books! After the trial, though, it's abundantly clear: she's hiding, quite deliberately, in a place that brings her comfort. How not? She's mortified.
Zoe's appearance doesn't do much to alleviate that, but courtesy is instilled deep in Estelle. Holding her book neatly on her lap, she gives the other girl her undivided attention. ]
