I'm from Rochester, New York. You mentioned Detroit earlier, so unless our worlds have really different versions of the United States, we're only a few states apart. Well, and a lot of years. You know.

It's a pretty normal city, I think. It's 2016 where I come from, if that gives you an idea of the technology and society of that time.
