[After a discussion with one of the gods, she goes looking for Chuuya. When she finally sees him in the study, she raises a hand in greeting, taking a step closer.]
When you said in the trial that she told you she was going to send her followers to kill you, did she mention that specifically or just kind of imply it? Can you tell me what exactly she said?
"Just remember, you'll regret it if you cross me. So...take your time thinking it over. Really, really think it over." This was after punching clean through a mirror and leaving a hole about as big as my head.
[If he has a good for anything, it's words.]
My new god said they'd keep me safe from her, but I'd need to protect myself from her followers.
Okay, so that's bad, because she specifically told me that she didn't punch a mirror and only tried to warn you about the god you're defecting to. So that means that they can just straight up lie whenever they want to, which I was really hoping wasn't the case.
Oh that's completely a lie. I'll give that she tried to "warn" me about my new god, but that's more than a little motivated by me picking her least favorite. She said she would've prefered me picking anyone else.
[like, fucking ruin, who from all accounts is bad.]
Good to know they can just lie whenever they feel like it.
Post-world war one art movement that inspired me when I was starting to write poetry. Major themes of nonsense, dissension from society, and seeking to offend rather than to please. The anti-art.
I haven't talked to the other two, figured they wouldn't want to hear from me after being rejected for someone also getting rejected, but from what I've heard one's a dick anyway.
week one, sunday
Hey there. Can we talk really quick?

[he's just. not in any mood to get lectured about that. particularly because he was completely right. :|]

[Since it matters less to her now that the trial is over. Instead, she heads his way.]
I wanted to talk to you about Disorder really quick. Can I sit?

No, actually. She was really nice, which is weird. I don't think it was a flattery thing...

That was before I actually met her anyway.

[Oops.]
I hope you like the new one you're going to get better.
no subject
[what do you mean zoe didn't want an explanation]
-And yeah, we get along way better.
no subject
[She doesn't sound judgmental in that, at least.]
Cool. I won't ask which one it is, but hopefully you get a cool power that'll stop people from going after you.
no subject
[is she even surprised]
I hope your patron's way better to you than Disorder is to anyone.

[She nods, smiling.]
They're really great. All three that made me an offer seem nice enough, but I'm pretty happy about who I picked.
