Now multiple people are killing per time, and yet we still have to just pick one faction. There's no way it can be fair even if we do end up being right. And why do they always jump to murder?

Some people, yeah. But Uchiha's god wants things resolved peacefully, and he killed right away. Picked a target he didn't think belonged in the world.
