[When she enters into the costume hall to find some new clothes to wear, she wasn't exactly expecting to find anyone making clothes instead of selecting them. Still, she looks towards Shiki with interest, taking a step towards her. She doesn't want to startle her while she's handling a needle, so she waits until she's at a natural stopping point.]
Zoe, hey! [Shiki has literally set up shop in the middle of the floor, a few pieces of fabric sprawled around her and working the needle through to bind them together. The stuffed cat, Mr. Mew, sits next to her and Shiki looks up once she's finished. She's also holding up what appears to be a black hoodie with black and pink cat ears attached, little "scratches" sewn into the sleeves and hand-covers at the end of said-sleeves to emulate paws.]
What, sew? I've been teaching myself for years. [And she nods to her faithful stuffed cat.] Mr. Mew was the very first thing I ever made, but I've been getting better since then.
I'm starting to! This outfit's one I made myself. [She's since washed and cleaned up her original clothes at least.] It's kind of expensive to buy all of the fabrics I need and stuff but the quality's better than some other stuff I've found. I've been getting better at designing, too. Everyone kind of has a thing they're good at, right?
That'd be really nice, wouldn't it? The trends back home change all the time, but I think part of it has to do with us. [Just saying.] I didn't bring a suitcase though...I'm not sure how to carry everything.
week one, wednesday.
What are you making?

Nothing major...just a quick project.

It's pretty cute. How'd you learn to do that?
