One part of it already came true... There were multiple crimes.

The other parts we heard were - we'd have to look at members of our own teams, and everything might not be the way it appears at first.

This is the second time we're hearing that things aren't what they appear to be. Ambition said that during the trial last week as well, right? That we were missing something obvious.

I'm not sure if it meant factions, or... Cunning warned that it's always accurate, but it can be misleading.

[She nods.]

Love told me the same thing before the first trial.

Everything isn't the way it seems... it's been a running theme for the whole game, feels like. [ He dips his head a little, his brow furrowed in deep thought. ] So what are we missing? We must need to look at things another way. If we figure that out, we might have a better understanding of what it means to "look at members of our own teams."

There’s a few ways I can think of. I know the alignments of everyone who went with me, even if I shouldn’t say them... And I’ve been on Love and Cunning. That feels a little obvious, though. Team could also mean people we trust regardless of faction.

Right. Team could have a few different meanings, depending on how you look at it. It could even be all of us, as a team versus the gods. Thinking that broadly won't help us progress, though...

Let's start from the teams we can reasonably define, then. Our factions, and our circles of trust. Is there anything about either of those teams that might not be what it seems?
